COMPROMISE AGREEMENT WITH

TERMS FOR SETTLEMENT

This agreement is executed by and between:

BEBSYL CHITONG MIRHAN, of legal age, Filipino, single and

resident of Bebot Trading Hilado St. Villamonte, Bacolod City;

-and-

GEORGE MILLENA JR., of legal age, married, Filipino, and

resident of Purok Bongavilla, Barangay Binubuhan, Bago City, Negros
Occidental

WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into amicable settlement in

order to end the controversy involving the incident between Toyota Innova
with Plate Number FAF 2959 and Toyota Jeep with Plate Number FVA 411
last 10 November 2022, on or around 6:00 in the evening;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above-premises,

both PARTIES hereby agree as follows:

1. That Mr. George Millena Jr. will shoulder the ESTIMATION

COST at TOYOTA NEGROS OCCIDENTAL for the repair of
Toyota Innova with Plate Number FAF 2959;

2. That Mr. George Millena Jr. will shoulder the WHOLE

PARTICIPATION FEE amount required by Cocogen Insurance
for the repair of the Toyota Innova with Plate Number FAF 2959;

 3. That Mr. George Millena Jr. will shoulder all the expenses for
DOCUMENT PREPARATION, NOTARIZATION AND
MOBILIZATION EXPENSES including UNITEMIZED
EXPENSES for follow-ups in Insurance agency and Toyota
Negros Occidental;

4. That Mr. George Millena Jr. will pay delays as form of damages at
a minimal amount. Attached is the agreed amount for payment of
delays as Annex “A”;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this

in Cadiz City, Philippines.
