CONTRACT AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract made and executed by and between JAMEELA M. PANGILINAN of legal age, and a
resident of Dollar St. Vistarica Subdivision Brgy. Dolores CFSP, a Proprietor of JAMEELA
PANGILINAN FROZEN PRODUCT TRADING and JOYCE TABOR RIVERA of legal age, a resident of
945 ARELLANO STREET BRGY LOURDES CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA.

This contract further certifies that JOYCE TABOR RIVERA is making a venture with JAMEELA
PANGILINAN FROZEN PRODUCT TRADING, and financed an amount that shall be used to create
a diverse portfolio, most of which will concentrate on the capital expansion.

THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING DETAILS

I. AMOUNT TO BE BORROWED

₱ 450,000 (FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS)

 ANNEX A

THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING CONSIDERATIONS:

I. PERIOD OF CONTRACT

This contract shall be effective from MARCH 05, 2023 to SEPTEMBER 25, 2023

II. INTEREST

A.) The investor must be paid due interest charged at the rate of 7% per month of the total
amount invested by the investor of JAMEELA PANGILINAN FROZEN PRODUCT
TRADING. The beginning of payment must be made after one (1) month from the date
of signing this contract.

B.) The investor must be paid interest monthly. All the interest accrued must be paid latest
thru PDC.

C.) The investor is to invest fund for 2 years from date of the contract signing.

III. CONDITIONS

A.) The investor or his/her authorized representative(s), members of the business venture or
colleagues shall not in any way make use of the assets and interfere with the operations of
JAMEELA PANGILINAN FROZEN PRODUCT TRADING.

B.) The contract is a legally binding document. It shall be construed, governed, interpreted, and
applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

IV. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

A.) Shall the investor decide to withdraw the investment contract, investor
__________________ is required to give an advance notice of twenty (20) days prior to
withdrawing the investment, the withdrawal shall be in writing.

B.) The investor is allowed only to withdraw the investment after one-hundred twenty (120)
days from the date of signing of the contract with a pre-termination fee of twenty-five (25%)
percent of the total amount invested.
