INVESTMENT CONTRACT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This investment contract made and executed by and between FLEXIBLE CASHBOX LENDING
INC. a duly registered corporation, with a registered office address at Unit D, Angie Parman
Bldg., Greenville, Subdivision, City of San Fernando; and Alfie Elagio Batu, married, a resident
of N79, San Vicente, Apalit, Province of Pampanga, proprietor of GOLDEN FISH
MANUFACTURING.

This contract further certifies that FLEXIBLE CASHBOX LENDING INC. is making a venture with
GOLDEN FISH MANUFACTURING, and the invested amount shall be used to create a diverse
portfolio, most of which will concentrate on the capital expansion.

THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING DETAILS

I. AMOUNT TO BE INVESTED BY THE INVESTOR

One Hundred and Sixty-Five Thousand in Philippine Pesos only. (Php 165,000.00).

ANNEX A

THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING CONSIDERATIONS:

I. PERIOD OF CONTRACT

This contract shall be effective from May 1, 2019 to July 15, 2019.

II. MODE OF PAYMENTS

A.) The Investor must be paid 50% of all profits garnered by the Investment Collaborator from
his company.

B. The Investment Collaborator must settle all outstanding loan payments made with the
investor prior to this agreement and must be treated as separate in the event of this contract’s
cessation or dissolution.

III. CONDITIONS

A.) The Investor or his/her authorized representative(s), members of the business venture or
colleagues shall not in any way make use of the assets and interfere with the operations of
Golden Fish Manufacturing.

B.) The Investment Collaborator is liable for criminal and civil damages suits in the event of a
breach of trust that constitutes to loss of profits.

IV. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

A.) Shall the Investor decide to withdraw the investment contract, the is required to give an
advance notice of twenty (20) days prior to withdrawing the investment, the withdrawal shall
be in writing.

B.) The Investor may decide to withdraw the contract in the event of a breach of trust resulting
to loss of profits or any other detriment or misrepresentation done by the Investment
Collaborator.
