DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made and executed in the place and date mentioned herein below,
by and between:

SPOUSE EDILBERTO C. CAYETANO and BELINDA P. CAYETANO, 12

of legal age, Filipino Citizen and with residence address at 12 Sta Monica Bo.
Kapitolyo Pasig City, Manila, after referred to as the SELLER;

-AND-

BUYER;

WITNESSETH :

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a parcel of land situated in the
Municipality of Dasmariñas Cavite, Province of Rizal and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
T- 876574 and more particularly described as follows:

TCT NO. 876574

THAT the SELLER hereby warrants valid title to and peaceful possession of the herein property sold and
conveyed and further declares that the property is free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever, agrees to sell the property to the BUYER.

THAT the SELLER, by virtue of this Deed of Absolute Sale, hereby waives,
relinquishes and quits its rights and interests over the above mentioned property.
 NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of :

hereby absolutely sells, transfers, cedes and conveys by way of Deed of Absolute Sale unto the said
BUYER, the above-described property under the following terms & conditions:

1. Real property Tax for the year 2020 shall be for the account of the SELLER.

2. Maintenance fees due to the Developer and/or Homeowners Association prior to

February 2020 shall be for the account of the SELLER
3. In view of this, the SELLER do herby release, surrender value, waive, renounce and
forever quitclaim any and all its rights, interests and participation, present and future,
over the above-mentioned property, in favor of the BUYER.
