KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, made and executed this ____ day of

the “SELLER/S”;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a lot, hereinafter referred to

as “Subject Property”, located at Phase 3 of Amityville Subdivision, Barangay San
Jose, Municipality of Rodriguez (Montalban), Province of Rizal, with a total area of two
hundred forty square meters (240 sq.m.), and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
(TCT) No. _________issued by the Registry of Deeds of Marikina, Metro Manila, which
is more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy, and the SELLER agrees to sell, the
Subject Property for the total amount of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP
900,000.00), Philippine Currency.

NOW, THEREFORE, for in consideration of the sum of NINE HUNDRED

THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 900,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid by the
BUYER to the SELLER, and the receipt of which is acknowledged by the SELLER, the
SELLER hereby sells, transfers and conveys by way of Absolute Sale unto the said
BUYER, its successors-in-interest and assigns the Subject Property, free from all liens
and encumbrances whatsoever.
