7016, herein referred to as VENDOR. That for and in consideration of the amount of PESOS:
SIXTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P16,000.00), Philippine Currency, and other valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from JAMIMAH GUINARO
DIMASIMPUN likewise of legal age, married/single, with residence and postal address at MVTS,
MOLAVE, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR herein referred to as VENDEE, hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS AND
CONVEYS and by these presents have SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED unto said VENDEE
the following motor vehicle describe as follows:

I hereby warrant that said motor vehicle is still mortgaged with BANK OF MAKATI, with
remaining balance of FORTY-THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS 0/100
(P43,620.00), for a period of one (1) year with monthly amortization amounting to THREE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS 35/100 (P3,635.00), payment due every 21st of the month
starting December 2019 up to December 2022 and that I will defend the title and rights of the
VENDEE from any claims of whatever kind or nature from third persons.
With obligation as follows:

 Yearly renewal of insurance

 Yearly LTO Registration
