Dear Atty. Barrameda,

I pray this correspondence finds you in good health.

This refers to the letter you sent dated 28 July 2020 which was received on 17 September, 2020
regarding to the subscription on Principle of Subrogation. I want you to know that subscribing to
this Subrogation will nevertheless helped both parties to release themselves to future problem.

As to this Principle of Subrogation, let me name a few that will help you to understand why it is
better off to subscribe to the Subrogation according to iedu.com

1. The balance amount will be refunded to the insured. If, however, the recovery
is less than the amount of claim paid out to the insured, there is no question of
realizing balance money from the insured.

2. If the amount received from the third party does not represent full indemnity,
then he is entitled to claim only the balance from his insurers so that both the
payments together would constitute one full indemnity only.

These will be the benefits if your clients are able to sign the subscription and also I will
assure to you that there will be not unjust enrichment will arise because it is an equal
benefit for both parties.

If you have any question you may directly call me for further clarifications that may arise.

Thank you very much.

Respectfully,

Sgd.

Dear Atty. Barrameda,

Greetings!

This refers to the letter you sent through Mr. Junn Alex, Branch Manager of the OCTAGON
Computer Superstore on 17 August, 2020. The legal services of the above-named law office have
been secured by him because of very impolite approach by your client. Your client truly
purchased a laptop at the store, upon billing him the staff diligently guide him in assessing the
said laptop. The store staff assured that the item is at its 100% functionality, they also discuss
that the laptop purchased has a 5 days’ warranty and reminded your client that if in case there is
a failure to the laptop they can replace it as long as the receipt is available and has no physical
damage.

Your client asking for a replacement had lapsed the warranty period. He wants to replaced it on
the 7th day which we made it clear to him that it is only allowed to replace a product on its 5th
day period. He doesn’t also have his official receipt that can prove that he really bought that item
on the store. Also, the way he approached the store staff is in a very impolite manner. He shouted
while banging the item. I already have a CCTV footage that can prove the incident, if you want a
copy feel free to schedule a meeting with me or my client.

My client also promised him to replace the item purchased but he is asking for some
consideration because of the pandemic happening around the world. He rest assured that the
item will be replaced by the end of the month after the all brand new laptop has arrived to our
store.

Kindly take it into consideration otherwise we shall also be constrained, much to us to our mutual
inconvenience and unnecessary expense, to file the appropriate legal action if only to protect the
interest and enforce the rights of our client.

Sincerely,

Sdg.
