Re: Engagement Proposal

Dear Sirs:

Our Office is pleased to submit, for your consideration and acceptance, our
engagement proposal for the institution and representation of an Election Protest
Involving the Member of the Sagguiniang Bayan Candidates for recently
concluded 9 May 2022 National and Local Elections.

Scope of Services

Our services include general representation and appearance before the appropriate
court as well as the PREPARATION AND FILING of all legal documents
relevant to the case.

The lawyers that will be appearing or representing the client will be any or all of
the following lawyers, to wit:

1. Atty. Ronald Hallid D. Torres;

2. Atty. Mohajiroe M. Lauban;
3. Atty. Lady Sha-honey A. Ampatuan-Angas; and
4. Atty. Almaizer S. Ampa.

Fees
Per our Office Acceptance Fee rate, we charge Three Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P300,000.00) per election case under the Municipal Trial Court’s jurisdiction to
be paid in full upon acceding to the terms stated herein.

Our Appearance Fee in this case is proposed to be Five Thousand Pesos

(P5,000.00) per hearing, if needed.

The appearance will be subject to a monthly progress billing.

All fees are tax exclusive.

Out-of-Pocket Expenses

Out-of-Pocket expenses such as photocopying, fax, telephone, transportation

charges, per diems and accommodation expenses, if necessary, for work to be
undertaken, as well as expenses you may authorize to incur, shall be for the
account of client.

For this purpose, our office will be presenting the appropriate billing to account
for the expenses incurred.

Confidentiality

This proposal is strictly confidential. The contents hereof may not be disclosed to
any third party.

Effectivity

Our office suggests that this agreement take effect upon notice of acceptance and
payment of the aforementioned engagement fee and shall continue thereafter
unless terminated by either party upon prior written notice to the other.

NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE

I have read the terms and conditions as stated above and have found the
same proper and in order. Hence, I accept the same with the understanding that
any breach thereof will render this contract or engagement immediately terminated
upon discovery of the breach.

To signify my acceptance, I have hereunder written my full name and

affixed my signature above it and the date of its accomplishment.
