about the facts and circumstances of the case, have placed I our
hands all the relevant documents/ receipts/correspondence/ E-
mail etc exchanged between them and your good office and after
careful perusal of the same, we are satisfied with their cause of
action against you and therefore, we, for and on behalf of our
client as per there version and on the basis of their instruction do
hereby serve upon you the following legal cum demand notice

1. That our clients are peace loving and law abiding citizen of
India and have permanent residence in Kanpur. That our
client belongs to a reputed family and enjoys good
reputation and good will in the nation.

(physiatrist) by profession and was residing in Delhi when
he was working in government hospital as a consulting

been a informal sales deed executed between you and my
client which states the same and can be presented when
required.
5. You addresses is/are liable for deficiency in services which
you promised at the times of the sales. The law of the land
states it is the duty of the seller to get the vehicle
transferred on their names from the previous owners name
from the R.T.O in this case you the addresses are the seller
therefore it’s your legal obligation to abide by the law. In
Delhi it is recommended that within 14 days of the sale of
vehicle, you must apply for the RC transfer at the concerned
RTO. You have to intimate RTO about the sale of car and
need to submit an application along with the requisite
documents (details given ahead in the article) for processing
the request for the ownership transfer process. Remember,
the time frame of 14 days is crucial as delay in this regard
will attract financial penalties and legal trouble.
6. We on behalf of our client direct you to initiate the transfer
process of the ownership of the vehicle as soon as possible
in order to prevent yourself from any sort of legal troubles.
This letter is last communication from our clients end failing
to which we will start case of criminal breach of trust along
with the charges of mental trauma and pushing my client to
verge of inconsistency by constantly ignoring concerns of my
client regarding the transfer of the ownership of the said
vehicle.
7. You addresses are liable for criminal breach of trust,
cheating under I.P.C and for unfair trade practices,
deficiency of services under consumer protection act 2019
all these offences are punishable under the law and might
result in serious difficulties for the addresses.
 8. Addresses are liable under sections 405, 420 along with
other relevant provisions of Indian Penal Code and
Consumer Protection Act.
You are hereby called to provide compensation to my client name
within 7 days of the receipt of this notice, failing which I have
clear instructions from my client to initiate appropriate legal
proceedings against you in the appropriate court of law you shall
be liable for all costs and consequences.
