Letter request addressed to the Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officer (MARPO)

(Only the Transferor and Transferee can sign the letter request)
(For third party to sign, a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) is required with photocopy of
Government Issued ID)
Certified True Copy of the document to be registered (Deed of Sale, Donation, Settlement,

Certified Electronic Copy of OCT/ TCT issued by ROD within six (6) months

Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration (Latest Revision)

Affidavit of Transferor (Husband and Wife execute separately) stating that the land subject of
5 deed is a retention or portion of the retention and that there is no tenant occupying the
subject land (within six (6) months.
Affidavit of Transferee (Husband and Wife execute separately) that the landholding including

the land to be acquired is not more than 5 hectares (within six (6) months.
• If applicant is a corporation:
-SEC Registration
- Board Resolution authorizing the representative of corporation to sign in its behalf
- Secretary's Certificate
- Articles of Incorporation or By-laws
- General Information Sheet (GIS)
• If applicant is a cooperative
- CDA Registration
- Board Resolution
- Articles of Cooperation & By-laws
• If applicant is an association
- SEC or DOLE Registration
- Officers Resolution
- Articles of Incorporation / By-Laws
NOTE:
All documents attached to the folder must be in 3 copies (2 copies – DAR; 1 copy – applicant’s file copy)
Every transfer should have one set of affidavit of transferor and corresponding transferee
The application shall be filed with the MARO office which has jurisdiction over the subject lot, and the clearance will be issued and
released by the PARO Legal Div. to the parties of the transaction or their duly authorized representative thru a Special Power of
Attorney.
Payment of P50.00 CERT. FEE per clearance
PROCESS FLOWCHART:
MARO – Receives application, conducts Ocular Inspection,
Applicant - Submits Application at MARO Prepares Report and Recommendation and submits the
same to PARO
