AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS
OF THE VENDEES
We, SPS. RUBEN L. RAMOS and TERESITA H. RAMOS, both of legal
age, Filipinos, married and with residence and postal address at #24 Pizarro, Vista
Verde Exec. Village, Brgy. San Isidro, Cainta, Rizal, after having duly sworn in
accordance with law, depose and say THAT:

1. We own only an aggregate landholding in the whole country of an area of not

more than Five (5) hectares of agricultural land, to include that area of Four
Thousand Eight Hundred Seventeen Square Meters (4, 817) sqm., which
parcel of land we acquired from SPOUSES JAIME BAUTISTA and
LIGAYA COMIA BAUTISTA by virtue of notarized Deed of Absolute Sale
dated 5 February 2014, denominated by Doc. No. 96; Page No. 10; Book No.
178; Series of 2014 of Notary Public Delfin R. Agcaoili, Jr.;

2. However, change in the names of registered owners of the above-mentioned

transaction is still under process; as such, as per record, there is no agricultural
property declared for taxation purposes under our names as evident by a
Certification dated 5 April 2019 and issued by the Office of the Rizal Provincial
Assessor for this purpose;

3. We are executing this affidavit in compliance with DAR Administrative Order

as well as to show proof that our total aggregate agricultural landholding
inclusive of the land subject of the above mentioned transaction does not
exceed to five (5) hectares.
