AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS

WE, ELISEO VALENZUELA, widower, LIBRADA VALENZUELA, married to
Eustaquio Perez, of legal ages, Filipinos, residents of Barangay Formon, Bongabong, Oriental
Mindoro, after having been duly sworn to pursuant to law, depose and say:

That we are the heir of late PEDRO VALENZUELA mrd. to Florencia Walangsumbat;

That he owned only an aggregate landholding in the whole country an area of not more
than Five (5) hectares described as follow:
a. TCT No. RT-149(T-48097) PT. with an area of NINETEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY-SEVEN (19, 177) square meters;
b. TD No. 2015-030009-00138 with an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
SIXTY-ONE (13, 761) square meter;

That he owned no other land except this land above-stated;

That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 8,
Series of 1995 as supplemented by Administrative Order No. 06 Series of 1996

That we are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the above-mentioned facts and
for whatever lawful purposes that may serve.
