and residents of Barangay Balatasan, Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law depose and say:

That we have an aggregate landholdings including the area of 600 square meters, more or
less that we have acquired from, LEONORA DE OCAMPO-PAIGAO, widow, EDMAR
PAIGAO married to Maria Paigao, SHIRLEY PAIGAO, single, PACITA PAIGAO-
MACHADO, married to Leodegario Machado, HEMEDINA PAIGAO-BROSAS married to
Danilo Brosas, CARLO PAIGAO, single VICTOR PAIGAO married to Suzette Paigao,
DEOGRACIAS PAIGAO married to Sally Paigao, LOLITO P. RODRIGUEZ, single &
LINDA PAIGAO-PILOS married to Alex Pilos, all of legal ages, Filipinos, and likewise
residents of Barangay Balatasan, Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro, under Doc. No. ______ Page No.
______ Book No. ______ Series of 20__ does not exceed five (5) hectares.

That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 01 as
well as to show proof that my total landholding inclusive of the land subject of the above
mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares.
