DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION is made and entered into in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental Philippines,
this__ day of April 2021, by and between:

Virgelita Pinero Hablo Galo, of legal age, Filipino, married, and residing at Zone 7, Calle San Miguel, Ayala
Zamboanga City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR.

Mercedita A. Concepcion, of legal age, Filipino, married, and residing at 21-D Purok Ukra, Barangay
Tabuc Tubig, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental Philippines, hereinafter referred to as one of the DONEE;

Judith A. Franco, of legal age, Filipino, married, and residing at #4 Ceniza Apartment, Purok Tugas,
Taclobo, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental Philippines, hereinafter referred to as two of the DONEE;

Magdalene A. Bogabong, of legal age, Filipino, married, and residing at Door 4-Enojo Apartment, Purok
Tres Rosas, Bagacay Dumaguete City Negros Oriental Philippines, hereinafter referred to as three of the
DONEE;

WITNESSETH;

That the DONOR is the absolute living daughter and representative of Ignacia Pinero Hablo owner of
that certain parcel of land situated in Sibulan, Negros Oriental Philippines, containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN (1167) square meters, more or less, and covered by ORIGINAL
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 15059 of the REGISTRY OF DEEDS for the PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL NEGROS,
hereinafter referred to as “SUBJECT PROPERTY’, and which is more particularly described as follows:

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. 15059: One Thousand One Hundred Sixty Seven (1167.7 square
meters of the FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE (4671) square meters total area more or
less.

A parcel of land (Lot No. 1760 of the Cadastral Survey of Sibulan) with the improvement thereof situated
in the Barrio of Bolocboloc, Municipality of Sibulan. Bounded on the NE by Lots Nos.1765 and 1752; on
the E. by Lots Nos. 1758 and 1759; on the SE by the Sapang Rojon and on the NW by Lots Nos. 1761 and
1768.

That for and in consideration of the Love and Affection which the DONOR have for the DONEES, the said
DONOR by these presents, transfer and convey, by way of DONATION, unto the said DONEES, the above-
described real property, free from all liens and encumbrances:

That the DONEES do hereby accept this DONATION of the above-described real property, and does
hereby express their gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR and the DONEES have hereunto subscribed their names this
__day of April 2021, in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental Philippines.
