DEED OF DONATION INTER VIVOS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation made and executed in the Province of

Northern Samar, Philippines, by:

FORTUNATO EQUIZA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and

with residence and postal address at Zone 5, Pambujan, Northern Samar,
hereinafter called the DONOR,
In favor of
CARLOS CHING, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with
residence and postal address at Barangay Kurukunog, San Roque, Northen
Samar, hereinafter called the DONEE.

WITNESSETH:

1. That, the Donor is the absolute owner of that certain real property
with buildings and Improvements thereon, situated in Haciena Pedro,
Lapinig, Lapinig, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land with TCT No. 12345 (Lot 3456-A-7, of

subdivision plan, Psd-01-098765) situated in the Hacienda
Pedro, Lapinig, Lapinig, Province of Northern Samar.

2. That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the
DONOR has for the DONEE, and as an act of liberality and generosity, the
DONOR hereby voluntarily and freely gives, transfers and conveys, by
way of donation, unto said DONEE, his heirs, executors and assigns, the
above-described real property, together with all the buildings and
improvements found therein, free from all liens and encumbrances;

3. That the donor hereby states that, for the purpose of giving effect to
the donation, he has reserved for himself in full ownership of sufficient
property to support him in a manner appropriate to his needs.
 4. That the Donee does hereby accept the foregoing donation of the
above-mentioned described property for which he/she expresses his/her
sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and liberty shown by
the Donor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their

hands on this 14th day of February, 2015, in the Province of Northern
Samar, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, this 14th day of February, 2015 in the Municipality of

Catarman, Province of Northern Samar, Philippines, personally appeared
CARLOS CHING, with Residence Certificate No. 123456 issued at Brgy.
Kurukunog, San Roque, Northern Samar, on February 1, 2007, and
Taxpayer’s Identification No. 456789 known to me and to me known to be
the same person who executed the foregoing instrument and he
acknowledged to me that the same is his free act and deed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand, the day,
