RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, PEBLEA Q. ALFARO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow, and with
residence at #137 Gemelina St., Sunrise Village, Pardo, Cebu City 6000, Philippines,

WITNESSETH;
That I am the Mortgagee in that Deed of Real Estate Mortgage executed by
JESUS ANTONIO TAMBOBOY married to JOCELYN LABUS TAMBOBOY who are both of
legal age, both Filipino citizens, and married to each other, and with residence at
239-H Elizabeth Pond St., Camputhaw, Cebu City 6000, Philippines on 08-26-2008
and noted as Doc. No. 424, Page No. 85, Book No. XVI, Series of 2008, of the
Notarial Register of Atty. Alfonso Saniel, Notary Public for and in the City of Cebu
6000, Philippines;
That having received payment for the loan from the Mortgagor, which as per
oral compromise agreement, WE THE MORTGAGOR AND MORTGAGEE CONSIDER AS
FULL PAYMENT OF THE LOAN including any and all interests and penalties related
to such loan, I do hereby forever RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND CANCEL the Mortgage
above-adverted to, covering a parcel of land described as: Lot No. 7, Block No. 3,
covered by TCT No. 153181 of the Registry of Deeds of Cebu City, and registered
under the name of JESUS ANTONIO TAMBOBOY married to JOCELYN LABUS
TAMBOBOY.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand, this ___________________
