This deed made and executed by among our selves. namely:

Edgardo M. Carangcarang of legal age, Filipino, Married, resident of Zone 2, Cugman, Cagayan
De Oro City: Romero M. Carangcarang of legal age, Filipino, married, resident of Mantibugao,
Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon; Belecides C. Torayno of legal age, Filipino, married, resident of San
Migueel Village Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City; Pilardo M. Carna, of legal age, Filipino, married,
resident of Sta. Cruz I, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City; Leticia C. Nieves of legal Age, Filipino,
widow, resident of Camaman-an, Mambayaan, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental; Heirs of Elicola C.
Dagatan (deceased) represented by Sonny C. Dagatan of legal age Filipino, married, resident of
Libertad, Butuan City, and Dorothy C. Cabana of legal age, Filipino, married resident of
Alicomohan, Sugbongcogon, Misamis Oriental:

WITNESSETH:

That we are the sole heirs of late Quirino de Guia Carangcang who died in Mantibugao,
Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, on December 13, 2004;

That the late Quirino de Guia Carangcang died intestate without leaving any debts
chargeable to his state.

That upon his death, he left the following parcel of land to wit:

FREE PATENT NO. (X-1) 8665

A parcel of Land known as Lot No. 2355, Cad-507-D, located at Sitio Camaman-an,
Mambaya-an, Balingasag, Misamis Oriental, containing an area of Six Thousand nine hundred
Thirty Three (6,933) Sq.M. more or less, and bounded as follows: North by lot 2356; South and
east by Barangay road; and on the West by lot 2354, all of Cad 507-D of Balingasag Cadastre,
covered by tax declaration no. 1-007080 and Free Patent No. (X-1) 8665;

That we have adjudicated as we hereby adjudicate, settled and partitioned the above
described parcel of land among our selves and have caused the subdivision thereof into Lot 2355-
A; Lot 2355-B; Lot 2355-C; Lot 2355-D; Lot 2355-E; Lot 2355-F; and Lot 2355-G of the
subdivision plan;

NOW THEREFORE, We hereby settle and partition, adjudicate, and assigned the
resultant sub lots among our selves as follows:

To: Edgardo M. Carangcarang – Lot 2355-A, including all improvement existing

therein, containing an area of 990 sq. m. more or less;

To: Romero M. Carangcarang – Lot 2355-B, including all improvement existing

therein, containing an area of 990 sq. m. more or less;

To: Belecides C. Torayno – Lot 2355-C, including all improvement existing

therein, containing an area of 990 sq. m.

To: Pilardo M. Carna – Lot 2355-D, including all improvement existing therein,
containing an area of 990 sq. m.

To: Leticia C. Nieves – Lot 2355-E, including all improvement existing therein,
containing an area of 990 sq. m.

To: Heirs of Elicola C. Dagatan (deceased) represented by Sonny C. Dagatan –

Lot 2355-F including all improvement existing therein,
containing an area of 990 sq. m.

To: Dorothy C. Cabana – Lot 2355-G, including all improvement existing therein,
containing an area of 990 sq. m.

That we mutually warrant the peaceful ownership by each and every one of us and defend
the same against claim of any person whatsoever;
