EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AMONG HEIRS

WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extra Judicial Settlement among heirs with Deed of Absolute Sale is
made and entered into by and among heirs:

This DEED made and executed by and between SHERLY L.

CASIPONG, NERISSA L. AZNAR, CHERYL L. LACABE,
REY G. LOGRONIO, MARITES L. MACO, MARELY G.
LOGRONIO, ALICE L. JACOB, and FRANSCISCO JR. C
LAGRONIO, all of legal ages, Filipinos and residents of
Poblacion, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur, herein called the
VENDORS;

WITNESSETH:

That the above parties are the legitimate and compulsory heirs of the late
FRANCISCO LOGRONIO, who died on ________, at Poblacion, Cagwait,
Surigao del Sur and without any will;

That the above-mentioned deceased at the time of his death left a parcel of
land located at Poblacion, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur, particularly described as
follows:

“A parcel of land situated at Poblacion, Cagwait

Surigao del Sur with an area of 13,786 square meters,
identified as Lot No. 860,Pls-786 which is covered by a
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 2186 in the name of the late
FRANCISCO LOGRONIO, with the following boundaries, to
wit: SW., SE on the SW, along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot 861,
Pls-786; on the SW., along lines 4-5 by Lot 856, Pls-786;
on the NW, along lines 5-6 by Lot 859, Pls-786; on the
NW and NE, along lines 6-7-8 by Lot SWAMP; and on the
SE, along line 8-1by Lot 862,Pls-786.”

That to the best of their knowledge and information the deceased left no
debts.

That no personal properties are involved in this Extra-Judicial Settlement.

That pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the

Philippines, and the parties herein being all of legal ages, they have agreed to
divide as they do hereby adjudicate among themselves.

DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the TWO HUNDRED

THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00), Philippine Currency, to us in hand paid by
ANGELES SILVOZA DEDUMO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
Purok-6, Poblacion, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur, payment of which is hereby

acknowledged by us to our full and complete satisfaction, we do hereby SELL,
CEDE, CONVEY, and TRANSFER by way of Deed of Absolute Sale in favor of
the VENDEE, a portion of the above-described property measuring One
Hundred Square Meter (100 sq.m) designated as Lot 860-1, as shown in the
Subdivision Plan.

That we warrant valid title of ownership and possession over the above
described portion of the land and we bind ourselves to protect the above-named
Vendee against any claim of whatever nature from any person whomsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set my
