DEED OF SALE OF A PORTION OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CARLOS C. DAEL, of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence and

post-office address at Sta. Agueda, Pamplona, for and in consideration of the
sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php25,000.00), Philippine
currency, to me in hand paid by HENRIETTA S. SORIO, of legal age,
married, Filipino, with residence and post-office address at Sta. Agueda,
Pamplona, Negros Oriental, Philippines, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged in full satisfaction, do by these presents hereby SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said HENRIETTA S. SORIO, her heirs
and assigns, that portion with an area of _____________________square
meters, more or less, of that parcel of land known as Lot 5682-J situated at
Mana-ol, Pamplona, Negros Oriental, Philippines, which pertains to my
hereditary share of said parcel known as Lot 5682-J covered by Tax Declaration
No. 99-13-014-00243, declared in the name of Felisa Catacutan, particularly
that portion from the boundary of Lot 5682-L and Lot 5682-J up to the existing
Road, including all improvements found thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances whatsoever.

That I guarantee peaceful possession, cultivation, and ownership unto the

said HENRIETTA S. SORIO, her heirs and assigns, over the portion hereto
conveyed against any claims of third person/s.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand this 10th day of April,

2017 at Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, Philippines.
