AFFIDAVIT

I, TRANQUILINA C. CHUA, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Perico,

Sta. Agueda, Pamplona, Negros Oriental Philippines, respectively, under OATH, hereby depose
and say that:

1. I am the owner and in peaceful and continuous possession of a certain parcel of land
known as Lot No. 6071 Pls 147 situated at Purok Perico, Sta. Agueda, Pamplona,
Negros Oriental;
2. I am in continuous, actual, open, notorious, adverse, peaceful and exclusive possession of
Lot No. 6071 Pls 147;
3. I used this property for residential purposes and that I was in the continuous, actual, open,
notorious and peaceful possession of said parcel of land from the year 2005 to the present
time;
4. From the year I started possessing this property and during all of the time, said property
has never known nor did I hear of anyone disputing my ownership of Lot No. 6071 Pls
147 or anyone making any claim to any part thereof;
5. I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth and veracity of the above facts
and to prove my continuous, actual, open, notorious, adverse, peaceful and exclusive
possession of Lot No. 6071 Pls 147.
