I, CHRIS GEORGE CURA PALES, of legal age, Filipino and resident of 119
Second Avenue, Margarita Village, Bajada, Davao City, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as the “VENDOR”.
-and-
WITNESSETH:
That the VENDOR sells the above-described CONDO UNIT to the VENDEEs in
the amount of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P2,100,000.00),
Philippine Currency and the payment for the said condo unit shall be made in
the following manner:
1. That upon the execution of this Deed of Conditional Sale, the VENDEES
shall pay the amount of ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00), to the
VENDOR as partial payment of the purchase price of the condo unit;
2. That upon the release of the mortgage and release of the certificate
of ownership from the Union Bank the buyer shall pay the remaining
balance in the amount of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P1,100,000.00);
3. The VENDOR likewise shall execute the Deed of Absolute Sale in favor
of the VENDEES upon the receipt of the remaining balance, and
4. That the expenses for capital gains tax, documentary stamps, property
taxes, registration fees and other incidental expenses shall be
shouldered by the VENDEES.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the Province of Davao, this

parties personally appeared with their Identification Card to wit:

known to me to be the same persons who executed and signed the foregoing
instrument and they acknowledged to me that the same is their free act and
deed.
This instrument consists of two (2) pages including this page whereon
this acknowledgment is written, signed by the parties and their instrumental
witness.
