Dear Sir/Madam,

Good Day!

This pertains to CASE NO. R1100-1114-JA-160 where Davao Security and

Investigation Agency, Inc. (DASIA) was ordered to settle the monetary liability to the
guards representing salary differential. Further, DASIA is willing to pay the said
monetary liability to the parties involved. Settlement shall be done at DASIA’s main
office located at Escandor Bldg., corner Juan Luna and Damaso Suazo Sts., Davao City.

Hence, I am humbly requesting to DOLE to assign an officer or his/her duly

authorized representative to participate and witness in the settlement procedure and
execution of quitclaims between the parties.
