Certificate of Title No. 23908 situated in the Barrio of Patag, Municipality of Ormoc, City of
Ormoc, Island of Leyte containing an area of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Eight
(2,968) square meters more or less and Original Certificate of Title No. 23798 situated in the
Barrio of Patag, Municipality of Ormoc, City of Ormoc, Island of Leyte containing an area of
Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Two (10,742) square meters.
