50,000.00) paid by ORNALIO O. ORNATE likewise Filipino, of legal age, single, and
with address at Brgy. Bago Oshiro, Tugbok District, Davao City have sold, transferred, and
conveyed, and by these presents do hereby SELL, CEDE, and, TRANSFER unto the said
