AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER

I, ARTEK N. TALAGA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, with residence and
postal address at , Philippines, after being duly sworn in
accordance with law, depose and state, THAT:

1. I am an owner of a real property by covered by Tax Declaration of Real

Property No. virtue of a Deed of Sale of Unregistered Land
as per Doc no. 264; Page No.54; Book No.24; Series of 1994 entered in the
notarial registry of Atty. of Bago City;

2. My real property will be affected by an excavation that will be conducted Hose

Mari Tyan with residence and postal address at ,
Philippines on his real property located beside/near my property;

3. Now therefore, I hereby interpose no objection on the excavation of the real

property located beside/near my real property, subject to the condition that any
effect of the excavation in my real property, the same will be restored in its
original arrangement;

4. I executing this affidavit of waiver and of no objection with consent and

knowledge for the performance of excavation of the real property located beside
my property, subject to the performance of the condition stated above;

5. I am executing this affidavit of undertaking to attest to the truth of the foregoing

and for whatever legal purposes that this may serve.
