and resident at , Laguna at, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. I am the authorized representative of MARIA KAREN D. FERRER,

lawful owner of one (1) parcel of land covered by TCT No. 732575
located at Lot No. 4, Blk. No 3, Town & Country Southville ( san
Antonio), Bungahan, City of Biňan, Laguna, Province of Laguna;

2. That a have not introduced any improvement or whatsoever in the

said parcels of land;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it
may serve;
