AFFIDAVIT

I, ANTONIO VICENTE JR., single, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Block
2, Lot 226, Phase 1F, Suburban Housing Project, Brgy. San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the rightful lessee of Block 2, Lot 226, Phase 1F, Suburban
Housing Project of the Home Guaranty Corporation at Brgy. San Jose,
Rodriguez, Rizal;

2. That the Home Guaranty Corporation is the absolute and registered

owner of the said lot including all improvements;

3. That without my knowledge and consent GENESIS T. DABALOS executed

a Deed of Assignment and Waiver of Rights over said lot in his favor
through forging my signature;

4. That under Article 1409 of the New Civil Code the said Deed is void for
being simulated and fictitious;

5. That attached to this affidavit and made an integral part thereof is the
copy of said fictitious deed marked as “Annex A”;

6. That I have absolutely no intention of relinquishing, waiving, or

transferring any rights whatsoever over said lot to Genesis T. Dabalos.
