AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, ERICA MAE ANADON PEREZ, Filipino, of legal age, single and residing at
BLK 39 Lot 34 Zone 2, Buklod Bahayan Tartaria Silang, Cavite, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am not currently and gainfully employed with any person, natural or juridical and
I do not have any business;

2. I am a full time student of STI College Santa Rosa, as such, I am fully dependent
on my father who is an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) for educational support
and sustenance;

3. I executed this Affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
statements; to apprise the authorities concerned that I have no income and for all
legal intents and purposes this may serve
