REJOINDER AFFIDAVIT

I, JUSTIN A. PONTANAL, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Zone

3, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur, after having duly sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby state under oath and state that;

That, as respondents in the instant case, we have been in receipt of the

Reply dated 4th of April 2023.

That, I deny the allegations under the paragraph 3 of the reply that states
“I who tried to commit robbery against the person because of the fact that I am
trying to borrow some money from him but he didn’t lend me some resulting to
heated argument”, for the lack of knowledge and sufficient evidence due to the
fact that I was in vacation with my wife in Baguio.

That, I specifically deny the allegations in paragraph 4 that states “he was
the one that I saw during the night of the crime that was prescribe in the said
address”, because of the fact that as I said earlier, I was in Baguio with my wife
and it can be proved with the testimony of the hotel receptionist where we stay
in Baguio.

That, we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of our foregoing
statements in support of this Rejoinder Affidavit and to rebut the allegations
against me in the Complaint and Reply.
