REJOINDER-AFFIDAVIT

I, CARDO B. TARUN, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen,

temporarily residing at Sitio Rosario, Echague Isabela, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law and by way of rejoinder to the
Reply-Affidavit of private offended party do hereby depose and state that:

1. I hereby replead all the positions and arguments contained

in my Counter-Affidavit as may be considered material and
relevant in this Rejoinder-Affidavit;

2. The complainant relied solely on the citations in the counter-

affidavit which are intended merely to assist the Honorable
Prosecutor in determining the probable cause;

3. The failure of the Complainant to deny or controvert the

arguments raised in the counter-affidavit is indicative of
implied admission constituting lack of probable cause;

4. I am executing this rejoinder-affidavit to attest the truth of

the foregoing and to support the immediate dismissal of the
complaint;
