AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS LUCILO QUESIO

(This Judicial-Affidavit was taken before the Public Attorney’s
Office in Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines
before Public Attorney ALFRED S. CASIPONG.)

AKO, LUCILO QUESIO, naa sa saktong edad, Filipino, minyo, ug

nagpuyo sa Goleo, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, human manumpa
sigon sa balaud, mosulti ug mo-ingon: NGA-
(I, LUCILO QUESIO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident
of Goleo, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state: That-)

(NOTA BENE: Affiant has been fully appraised and she is therefore aware that
her Judicial-Affidavit must be under oath; that she has fully understood the
meaning and consequence of an oath that she could possibly face criminal
prosecution for Perjury, or rendering False Testimony, if she is found out later on
to be telling a lie or lies; that she was not forced, coerced, harassed, threatened,
intimidated, bribed, or promised money, or anything of value; that this is her free
and voluntary act and will; and that she will testify in open court, or in any quasi-
judicial body.)

(QUESTION: Why are you in my Office today?)

TUBAG: Aron mohimo sa akoang affidavit para

isaysay unsay akoang nahibal-an sa nahitabo sa kaso nga Slight
Physical Injuries in Relation to R.A. 7610 nga gipasaka batok
kang IRASMO BARIENTOS DORIMON ni Maria Rose Dagpin
Ampuyo.
(In order to execute an affidavit to state what I know about the case of
Slight Physical Injuries in Relation to R.A. 7610 which was filed
against IRASMO BARIENTOS DORIMON by one Maria Rose
Dagpin Ampuyo.)

2. PANGUTANA: Puede isaysay nimo unsay nahitabo anang

adlawa? (Can you narrate to me what happened on that day?)

TUBAG: Anang adlawa, sa may alas kwatro ang

takna sa hapon, nagbaklay me pauli ni IRASMO BARIENTOS
DORIMON. Akoang tawag kang Irasmo kay Rudy. Samtang
naglakaw me sa dalan didto sa Goleo, Sindangan, Zamboanga del
Norte, natagbuan namo si Maria Rose Dagpin Ampuyo. Nag-una

 ko gamay ato ni Rudy, pero nakit-an nako nga gikalit lang ug
layog sa babaye nga si Maria Rose Dagpin Ampuyo si Rudy. Ang
babaye kay gikulamos ang nawong ni Rudy. Pagkakita nako nga
gikulamos ang nawong ni Rudy, niadto ko para undangon ang
maong pagkulamos sa nawong ni Rudy. Gani, si Rudy
nagpanagang kay ang babaye nga si Maria Rose grabe man
pagkulamos, sagpa ug sumbag sa kang Rudy. Akoa na lang dayon
silang gi-ulang ug gi-ingnan nako ang babaye nga “Tama na.”
Human ato, naundang siya, ug nanglakaw me duha ni Rudy
palayo sa lugar. Mao ra to ang akoang nakita sir.
(On that day, at around four (4) o’clock in the afternoon, Irasmo
Barientos Dorimon and I were walking home. I call Irasmo as Rudy.
While we were walking in the road in Goleo, Sindangan, Zamboanga
del norte, we met Maria Rose Dagpin Ampuyo. I went ahead of Rudy,
but I saw that the girl, Maria Rose Dagpin Ampuyo, suddenly
grabbed and assaulted the face of Rudy. When I saw the assault on
the face of Rudy, I went to stop the said assault on Rudy. In fact, Rudy
was defending himself from Maria Rose because she was really
assaulting slapping and punching Rudy. I then separated them and I
told the girl, “That is enough.” After that, she stopped and Rudy and I
walked away from the place. That was all I saw sir.)

3. PANGUTANA: Naa pa kay laing ikasulti?

(QUESTION: (Do you have anything more to say?)

TUBAG: Wala na.

(Answer) No more.

4. PANGUTANA: Uyon ka ba nga pirmahan kaning

dokumento?
(QUESTION: Are you willing to sign this document?)

TUBAG: Oo, sir.

(ANSWER: Yes, sir..)
