AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, DINGDONG DELA CRUZ assisted by his Father Sergio Dela
Cruz, minor, resident of #69 Wack Wack Subdivision, Mandaluyong
City, Philippines, after having sworn in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state THAT:
1. I am the son of Mayor Marimar Dela Cruz.

2. On December 23, 2015, while my mother Mayor Marimar

Dela Cruz, was delivering her speech inside the session hall
of the Mandaluyong City Hall for the celebration of the
employees Christmas Party, I personally saw and heard the
accused, Rosalinda Ramos, shout HAY GRABE!!! ANG
KAPAL NG MUKHA, ANAK NG BUWAYA! KALA MO
KUNG SINONG MAGALING NA MAYOR, AKALA MO
SINONG MATINO AT TAPAT SA MGA TAO, SUPER
CORRUPT NAMAN! AS IN!! TIGNAN MO ANG ITSURA,
CORRUPT
NA
CORRUPT,
BOOO!
ALIS
NA!
MAGNANAKAW KA!! MAGNANAKAW!
(That thick-faced person! Pretending to be a good Mayor,
pretending to be honest to her people, but in truth, she is
super corrupt, As in! Look at her, she looks so corrupt! Booo!
Get out, You thief!!).
3. I was seated on the stage where my mother was delivering
her speech and the accused shouted statements that was
uttered a number of times and heard by all the City Hall
employees inside the session hall who were then present.
4. I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the
foregoing facts and to support the filing of Criminal Case

against ROSALINDA RAMOS for GRAVE ORAL

DEFAMATION under Article 353 in relation to Article 358 of
the Revised Penal Code.
