3. I was seated on the stage

where my mother was
delivering
her sp ech and the acused
shouted statements that was
utered a number of times
and heard by al the City
Hal employes inside the
sesion hal who were then
present.

4. I executed this affidavit to

atest the truthfulnes of
the foregoing facts and to
sup ort the filing of
Criminal Case
 against ROSALINDA RAMOS for
GRAVE ORAL
DEFAMATION under Article 353
in relation to Article 358
of the Revised Penal Code.
