SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, JULIUS P. BABA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and a resident of
Brgy. Anislagan, Maco, Davao de Oro, do to hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND
APPOINT my wife NORMA P. BABA, also of legal age, with the same residence at
Anislagan, Maco, Davao de Oro, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and
in my name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or
any of the following acts and things, namely:

1. To sign, for and in my name and stead my check under China Bank
Savings, National Highway Branch, Tagum City, Davao del Norte;

2. To receive for and in my behalf any necessary documents or proceeds

pertaining thereto;

3. And to generally do and perform all and every act which may be
requisite, necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
