WAIVER OF RIGHTS and QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LALAINE AGATOL LAMUG (donor) , married, Canadian citizen,

resident of Ottawa City , Ontario Canada, waive, cede, renunciate, relinquish and
quitclaim my rights, participation, interest, and aliquot shares infavor of JULIET
A. AGATOL (donee), Filipino citizen, single and a resident of Brgy. Paratong
Paoay, Ilocos Norte, a land particularly described as:

“A Parcel of Land situated in Brgy. 16, Cayubog, Paoay, Ilocos

Norte, Bounded on the North by a River; on the East by Lot 23185; on
the South by Provincial Road and on the West by Lot No. 23187
covered by Tax Declaration No. 14-004-00608 and Property
Identification No. 003-15-004-19-008-0000 containing an area of
THREE HUNDRED (300) SQUARE METERS.”

I hereby warrant peaceful title to my particular or aliquot share of the

above-described parcel of land so conveyed in favor of JULIET ALMADIN
AGATOL, her successor and assigns;

I warrant that I will institute no action against JULIET ALMADIN AGATOL,

her heirs, successor and assigns and agree that JULIET ALMADIN AGATOL , her
heirs, successor and assigns can bring action for damages that may accrue from
breach of this waiver and quitclaim;

That I have read the contents of the entire document and understood the
meaning hereof.

brother LEMWELL A. AGATOL, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy.
Paratong Paoay, Ilocos Norte to be my true and lawful attorney for and my name,
place and stead to do any and all of the following acts and deeds:

To ADJUDICATE, TRANSFER, CEDE, EXCHANGE and WAIVE my pro-

indiviso or aliquot share to the following real property under terms reasonable
and acceptable;

A parcel of land designated as Lot No. 11484 containing an area of

458 square meters covered by Tax Declaration No. 1-010-00087 and Property
Index No. 003-15-010-01-056 located at Brgy. 20 Paratong, Paoay, Ilocos Norte
Philippines.

To SIGN and EXECUTE all papers or documents necessary for the

adjudication, transfer and conveyance of the same;

To DO and PERFORM such any other act or thing that may be required
necessary or incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for
which this authority is hereby given:

and authority to do and perform all and every act necessary and requisite to carry
into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as we might
