SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, HECTOR IAN AYUSTE LESIGUES, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married, and resident of
Block 1 Lot 19 Ville de Palme, Brgy. Santiago, General Trias, Cavite, do hereby NAMES, APPOINTS
and CONSTITUTES, my wife JO ANN SALVIA LESIGUES, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at
the same address, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, to act and to perform for me and in my
behalf, the following acts and deeds to wit;

“To make representations before any bank in connection with any transaction that will involve
my name;”

“To act as my representative with full authority to sign, negotiate, and to receive the documents,
contract, execute, contract, agreements and other writing of whatever nature or kind with all
third persons including in any banks under my name and concerns in connection with the
abovementioned purpose;”

“To transfer, follow up and execute any document with any government or private office, or any
company under my name;”

“That the Attorney-in-Fact is authorized to delegate this Special Power of Attorney to

whosoever he/she might deem fit and appropriate;”

“In general, to do all other acts, deeds, matters, and things whatsoever necessary and desirable to
attain and accomplish the tasks and/or purposes mentioned above, as fully and effectual to all
legal intents and purposes as I could lawfully do so by myself if I am personally present.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact/ full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises or purposes as I might or
could lawfully do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all
that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue
of this presents.
