Our client, JOHN ANTHONY PLATA, referred to us the matter of taking legal action
regarding in the matter for non-compliance of your loan obligation.

Based on the document they provided to us, you and my client have both agreed that you will
pay the total amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
PESOS ONLY (Php190, 800.00), Philippine Currency, as payment for your loan obligation.
Despite repeated calls/text to reach out, to inform and keep you updated about your obligation,
you continuously neglected, and refused to settle these past due personal checking account to
date. Our client, MR. PLATA, hereby demand you to pay the said amount including the
penalties;

In connection therewith, my client through my office is formally serving you this FINAL
DEMAND to settle your aforestated obligation plus penalties within FIVE working (5) days
from receipt hereof.

Otherwise, much to my regret and without further notice, we shall initiate appropriate legal
action/s, including the filing of criminal and/or civil action/s for bouncing checks and failure of
your promised payment to enforce the rights of our clients.

We trust that you will give this matter your preferential action to avoid costly litigation,
inconvenience and/or possible embarrassment. We are; however, open to discuss a mutually
acceptable agreement to address the concerns of our client. We await your advice through our
