JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF LEGAL HEIRS

WE, REBECCA G. GUIMBATAN and NENITA G. DEL ROSARIO born on November

2, 1952 and June 11, 1954, respectively, both of legal age, Filipino Citizens, and both with
postal and residence address at Blk 26 Lot 19 Caroline Masibay BF Resort, Talon 2, Las Piñas,
after having be duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

That we are the legal daughters of late spouses JULIA G. GARCIA and CARLOS C.
GARCIA SR.;

That we are currently residing in the above-mentioned residence address, whereas our
parents are the owner of the property, copy of TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE
attached as “Annex A” herein;

That being the legal heirs of the said parents, we are responsible for the said property;

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing for all legal
intents and for Meralco connection purposes.
