DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

This DEED, made and executed in to this __________day of ________________, at

____________________ and by between:

JERALDINE BELANDO, of legal age, single, Filipino, with residence at Block 10 Lot 1 St.
Granville Homes, Malagasang II-B, Imus City, Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the “ASSIGNOR”

-and-

RODRIGO JR. CORDEZ BELANDO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residence at
Block 10 Lot 1 St. Granville Homes, Malagasang II-B, Imus City, Cavite, hereinafter called the
“ASSIGNEE”;
-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS the ASSIGNOR, has offered to assign all their rights and interest over the
BDO CHECK with Check No. 0000024801 and CV No. 021350, amounting to One Hundred Ninety-
Five Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and 75/100 Only (Php195,498.75), Philiipine Currency,
and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment in accordance with terms herein set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the ASSIGNOR
hereby assigns, transfer and convey unto the ASSIGNEE, all his rights and interest over the
aforementioned CHECK and appurtenant interest in the said property and the assignee by these presents
hereby accepts the assignment and agrees to be bound by terms and conditions and regulations and
restrictions pertaining to the said check.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this deed to be signed on this
