I, DAISY LYN DEL CAMPO, of legal age, Filipino, single, with residence and
postal address at Sta. Cruz Viejo Tanjay City, Negros Oriental constituted and
appointed and does by these presents MAKE, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT, SHADE
ALICEM ROJ REYES, of legal age, Filipino, single, with residence and postal address
at San Jose Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, to be the true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for
me and in my name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and
perform all or any of the following acts and things, namely:

1. process, transact and claim my scholarship check at Negros Oriental State

University, Dumaguete City, Philippines;
2. To make, sign, execute, deliver or receive any documents pertaining to the
above-mentioned transactions; and
3. To do all other acts necessary to pursue the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, and
necessary to be done, in about the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that
said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
