POBLACION MAMBAJAO, CAMIGUIN, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, MRS. GLORIA S.
RAYOS , likewise of legal age, married, with residence at #146 ZONE 2 MENDOZA COMPOUND,
PATAG, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, who is my agent, and is not a lawyer, as my true and legal
representative to act for and in my name, place and stead, and on my behalf to do and execute any or all of the
following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:
