SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, ELMA ALAS BURIAS,MARIA LUISA DAGASOHAN, DANILO D. ALAS SR., and RODOLFO
R. ALAS, all of legal ages, Filipinos, and residents of Buenavista, Agusan del Norte, and heirs of
BASILIO RACASA DEL ROSARIO do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT CARIDAD ACUNA
DEL ROSARIO, of legal age, Filipino, resident of Buenavista, Agusan del Norte to be our true and
lawful Attorney-in-Fact for us and in our names, place and stead, to perform the following acts:

1. To file in our behalf a Petition for Reconstitution of Title with Decree No. 695960 as
Lot No. 1793 of the Cadastral Survey of Buenavista with an area of 9,849 square meters
registered under the name of Heirs of Francisco del Rosario and Serapia Racasa;

2. To sign the Verification and Certification against Forum Shopping of the above
Petition and all documents related to the case;

3. To appear and represent us during all stages of trial which includes entry of
stipulations or admissions of facts or documents related to the case;

4. To perform all acts as the Attorney –in-fact for our best interest.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and every act required, necessary and proper to be done as fully to all
intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
