As required in the CONTRACT OF SERVICES and TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR), the undersigned SECOND
PARTY for the month of October 2020, has:

1) Provided advisory services to the Office of the Governor thru the GLLO on laws and legislative
matters;

2) Rendered advisory services to the majority of the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan
on their powers and functions under the Local Government Code;

3) Discussed and considered with the SP jointly with the GLLO the proper interpretation of various
matters and issues relative to the exercise of their powers and functions;

4) Provided advisory and technical assistance to the Chairman, SP Committee on Laws and Rules on
various laws and policies of various national government agencies affecting local government
administration vis-à-vis the exercise of the SP’s powers and functions; and

5) Attended weekly meetings of the majority members of the Sanggunian Panlalawigan;

6) Performed other duties and functions which were requested by the GLLO and the SP in the discharge
of their functions.

provincial budget for the ensuing year;

matters and issues relative to the exercise of their powers and functions; and

4) Performed other duties and functions which were requested by the GLLO and the SP in the discharge
of their functions.

Panlalawigan in relation to a pending administrative case against a municipal elective official;

2) Provided advisory services to the majority of the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan
on their powers and functions under the Local Government Code;

3) Attended weekly meetings of the majority members of the Sanggunian Panlalawigan;

4) Performed other duties and functions which were requested by the GLLO and the SP in the discharge
of their functions.
