SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, SHEERY ANN S. LARIBA, Filipino, of legal age and residence address at

Block 2 Lot 4 Phase 1, Montenegro St., Camella Altea, Brgy. San Nicolas 3, Bacoor
City, Cavite, has made, constituted, and appointed, and BY THESE PRESENTS do
hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE – KENNETH PHURPS R. LAURENTE, of
legal age, Filipino and with residence address at Barangay Pagsulhugon Babatngon,
Leyte, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place stead to
do and perform the following acts and deeds, to wit:

“To represent, receive and/ or claim for and in my behalf the land title
of my property with an aggregate area of Three Hundred square
meters (300sqm) more or less located in Brgy. San Juan, Palompon,
Leyte, from the Land Registration Authority – Registry of Deeds,
Regional Office VIII;

&

“To execute, make, sign, file, for and in my behalf, any papers or
documents pertaining to the above authority which may be
necessary for the release of the certificate of title;”

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my lawful Attorney-in-Fact full power

and authority to execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power
as though myself, have performed it, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all
the said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virture of this Special
Power of Attorney, including all acts made in pursuit of the foregoing prior to the date of
this appointment.
