KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Leslie Laron Canete, Filipino, of legal age, a resident of Kassel Residences,
Brgy. Moonwalk, Paranaque, - the lawful owner of JASJEAN WATER STATION located at
B2L19&20 St. Francis Street, Moonwalk, Paranaque:

That for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos
(P240,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to my entire
satisfaction, I hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of Absolute Sale unto, on an AS IS
WHERE IS BASIS, to Helda F. Camandono, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of 15420 E.
Rodriguez Ave. Moonwalk, Paranaque City, all existing equipment and machine found inside
JASJEAN WATER STATION, as well as the business operations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our hands this 24 March 2022 at
City of Paranaque.
