SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, GRETCHILLE PORCADILLA HART, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with ancestral
address of Barangay Poblacion, Albuera, Leyte, Region 8, Philippines, pursuant to my
written. authority do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, APPOINT, my biological sister,
GERALDINE PORCADILLA CODILLA, also of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, with postal
address of Barangay Maticaa, Ormoc City, Leyte, Phils., to be my true and lawful attorney-
in-fact for me and in my name and stead, to do and perform the following:
1. To give her the full power and authority to represent in my behalf and in my
name, to sell and convey my residential (urban) land covered by OCT No.
2021001265, designated as Cad/survey 655 Lot No. 6679, situated at Brgy.
Poblacion, Albuera, Leyte, Phils., and
2. TO SIGN, EXECUTE, and to ACKNOWLEDGE, to claim, pertinent documents or
papers in relation to this purpose, and that this SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (SPA)
is valid until revoked.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper
to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
do if personally present and acting in person and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully
do and cause to done under and by virtue of these presents.
