Compulsory Counterclaim- Builder in Good faith/ejectment (Claim of reimbursement)- dismiss on the

ground of res jusdicata, not an initiatory pleading, it must incorporated in the answer, No docket fee, no
need for the defendant to secure certificate of non-forum shopping because not an initiatory pleading.

Permissive Counterclaim- can be pursued in a separate case, initiatory pleading, like a complaint with
docket fees

Counterclaim is allowed to prevent multiplicity of suits
