I, EXEQUIEL R. RIÑON JR, of legal age, Filipino, married, with office address at V2 Emerald
Building, CV Starr Ave., PHILAM, Pamplona, Las Piñas City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
RODOLFO M. PERCIVA., of legal age, Filipino, married and residing at Zone 1, Burabod, Libon, Albay, to
be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform all or any of the
following acts, namely:

1. That I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker with REBL No. 000417 and our realty name is SDR
Golden Hat Corporation with business address at V2 Emerald Building, CV Starr Ave., PHILAM,
Pamplona, Las Piñas City.

2. That RODOLFO M. PERCIVA, is appointed as the Lead Sales Manager to represent SDR
Golden Hat Corporation for BICOL REAL ESTATE PROJECT SELLING and is authorized to
process the accreditation with any Bicol Developers to sell their projects; to attend and represent
all the activities such as orientation, seminars, meetings and other sales activities.

3. To recruit full-time or part-time agents or property consultants and referrers and build real estate
sales network in Bicol for a pro-rata commission basis only.

4. That all commissions, advance commissions, incentives and any other form of cash receipts shall
be in the account name of SDR GOLDEN HAT CORPORATION.

5. To receive, sign, execute and acknowledge all receipts and all other instruments as may be
necessary for the accreditation and commission in behalf of SDR Golden Hat Corporation.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that
my said attorney shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
