SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, ERICH ALBERT RITSCHARD, of legal age, Swiss, and a temporary resident of

Private Garden NORECO Road Dumaguete City, do hereby appoint, name, and constitute
MARLYN F. ELOPRE, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Dumaguete City, to be my true
and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts, to wit:

1. Process the application of my Tourist Visa with the Bureau of Immigration, which
includes, but is not limited to signing pertinent papers and documents relative to the
processing of said application;

2. To do such things and acts necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority hereto
given.

This Special Power of Attorney shall not be repudiated except by express writing from the
undersigned Principal.

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto said attorney-in- fact full powers and authority
to do and perform all and every act necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
