Re : Letter Request for Late Payment

Dear Sir:

Good day!

May I respectfully request that the check bearing the amount of Twenty-two
Thousand Six Hundred Forty and 40/100 (Php 22,640.40) dated June 20, 2021 for
the payment of my personal loan be deposited to the Bank of the Philippine Islands
on June 30, 2021, Wednesday instead.

I am currently advised by the Provincial Health Office to isolate, having been in

contact with a COVID-19 positive patient. I am also not able to have someone
deposit money to the bank on my behalf because of MECQ restrictions. Rest
assured, this will be the last time for this kind of request on my end.
